How is my claim treated?
Your invoice will be proceeded within 5 working days. Our team might get back to you for additional information. The reimbursement period depends on the bank and country (it may take up to 10 working days).

Your claim is in good hands. Once it is reviewed, we send you a notification by email and in your client portal. No need to follow up, but you can still reach out to us anytime.
